The best part of a journey is learning that the process is everything.

There is nothing more important in life that experiencing the flow of the journey.

The experiences and the knowledge gained is always just the icing on the cake, but the real value lies in the ability to transition to a totally new place to feel and be completely in the moment.

To just exist.

To ground yourself.

To feel the present moment for exactly what it is.

And that is what I'm doing today. Spending my second day in Kommetjie, South Africa. Bringing my world energy and journey to a new continent. I am so grateful to be here and to experience all that Africa has to offer. It is supremely beautiful here, and there is something so genuinely raw and free about being in this place.

Like I am existing in the center of the universe.

It has brought on immense feelings of motivation and genuine encouragement for Strictly Positivity. I was immediately met by a taxi driver named Marshall, who truly was one of the kindest and transparently gentle humans I have met in a long time.

We talked for about 45 minutes as I continued on my drive from Cape Town International to my good friend Gavin's place in Kommetjie and the overwhelming generosity and excitement that he had for me to be in his home town was something that I will never forget.

We talked at length about social class and culture in Cape Town and how above all that Gratitude and Positivity are some of the most important things in life. And that once you possess this sort of mindset it becomes so happily contagious and open to joining you with others who honestly share that mindset as a part of the collective universe.

It was the beginning of a journey I am sure I will never forget.

Thanks as always for being a part of mine.
